We remind you that the role of the Naturopath is to go to the cause of the disorder. The nutrition style that the person has at the time of the visit provides very important informations about them.
In counseling, therefore, this information is used for evaluation and subsequently to educate the person thereby making them aware of aspects that they probably did not know up to that moment. ​

During the consultation, the Naturopath collects information through a series of precise and accurate questions.
Based on the information gathered from what the person shares and from other tools such as semeiotics, iridology ... the Naturopath will evaluate which dietary style is suitable according to their needs of the moment.
The Naturopath explains with care and in detail the reason for their recommendations, so that the person feels empowered to make their own choices.
