What is iridology
Iridology is one of the main tools that a naturopath can use. It allows us to make a precise assessment of the state of health starting from the observation of the eye, in particular of the iris. It is possible to have information about the constitution and the terrain of the person on a physical, energetic and psycho-emotional level. The physical aspect is based on human anatomy and physiology. The energetic aspect is based on Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and on the Vedic theory of energy centers. The psycho-emotional aspect is mainly based on the theories of Carl Gustav Jung.
The iris also allows us to know the genetic heritage that the person has inherited. Hence its physical structure, its qualities, its potential and its predispositions .
It thus allows us to know what the person has acquired during the life experience and the responses to internal and external environmental stimuli. It informs us if it is affirming its potential in the affective, social, working, natural environment, and to see in this way what are the deepest tensions on which to focus.
This information allows the Naturopath to perform a treatment targeted and personalized .
What does naturopathic counseling consist of:
Naturopathic counseling takes place mainly in two phases:
-
the first consists in the assessment of the state of health,
-
the second in giving advice and practicing treatments tailored to the customer.
The main result is the maintenance and/or restoration of the state of health.
Through naturopathic counseling, the person learns:
-
to identify and enhance their potential and qualities so as to be able to express them in any environment and be able to be themselves.
-
body language, leading the person to understand that symptoms also represent a part of us.
In this way the person will be able to lead a life in harmony with its own nature.
They will be the protagonists of their own lives.
